NINE INCH NAILS: Rescheduled Final 'Farewell' Dates Announced

September 5, 2009

NINE INCH NAILS mainman Trent Reznor has announced the rescheduled final dates for the band's farewell tour, which ends in Los Angeles.

Reznor, who was forced to cancel two shows after falling sick, writes on the NIN web site, "Sorry about the hassles with the show not happening last night and tomorrow's rescheduling. If it would have been possible to pull these off, I would have.

"Anyway, here's the new plan. I appreciate your patience and understanding — we're attempting to make sure that everyone has the best experience possible and we're at full power."

The dates are as follows:

Sep. 06 - Echoplex (unchanged)
Sep. 08 - Henry Fonda (rescheduled date)
Sep. 10 - The Wiltern (rescheduled date)

Full refunds are available for those unable to switch things around.

According to TMZ.com, Reznor had a cold and developed a clogged ear during a flight to California earlier in the week. The clog got so bad, Reznor apparently couldn't hear himself sing during his show Wednesday at the Palladium and overcompensated by screaming out his songs.
